Michelle Deneefe was born in Mexico and is presently a resident of Chico, California. She obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy, with an emphasis in Pre-Law and Ethics, and a Minor in Political Science from Sonoma State University.

Michelle first got her start in the workers' compensation defense industry as a legal assistant and worked her way up to a Litigation Paralegal in CBE Law Group's dedicated Lien Unit. While working, Ms. Deneefe is also attending Cal Northern School of Law to pursue her dream of becoming an attorney.

Michelle likes to spend her free time with her son, Liam, and loves to read and write.  And one day, she hopes to write a novel.
