Kim Gaviglio, a native of Bend, Oregon, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Communication from the University of Oregon.

had an exciting 11-year journey in the aerospace industry, blending her expertise in Human Resources with her passion for talent development. At Northrop Grumman Corporation, she managed high-volume hiring initiatives and developing leadership programs. Followed by time at the Aerospace Corporation, leading strategic recruitment efforts for early career programs. Most recently, Kim served as a Program Manager at Blue Origin, where she developed and scaled the Bar Raiser Program, a people leader program designed to elevate hiring standards and raise the performance bar cross functionally.

Kim has successfully moved from the aerospace industry into the legal field, at CBE Law, where she manages the business operations of the firm, including overseeing personnel, finances, and day-to-day operations.

Outside of her professional life, Kim is a proud dog mom to her senior rescue, Pearl. She enjoys running along her scenic residence of Hermosa Beach and is an avid college football fan.
