Kayla Brown was born in Paradise, California, and was raised a short distance away in Chico, where she currently resides. She graduated from California State University Chico, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor's degree in Political Science: Legal Studies, a minor in Ethics, Justice & Policy. During the span of her college career to date, Kayla has made the Dean’s list every semester for outstanding academic excellence and graduated ahead of schedule.

Prior to joining CBE Law Group, Kayla also obtained her paralegal certificate and gained valuable experience as an intern at CLIC, a legal information clinic dedicated to providing legal information to individuals within the community. Overall, Kayla's strong determination and unwavering focus has led to her success and has made her a great asset to CBE Law Group.

In her free time, Kayla enjoys being outdoors, engaging in activities such as fishing, hunting, and hiking. As a Chico native, she enjoys going to Lake Oroville, Shasta Lake, and the Sacramento River with family and friends. Kayla has a three-year-old miniature husky who loves to be outside as well!
