Yolanda Drow was born and raised in the Los Angeles area, making her a huge Dodger fan. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies in 2000 from Rio Hondo College.

Yolanda began her Paralegal career in the workers’ compensation defense industry in 2001. Over the years she has had many roles from Paralegal, administrative and staff trainer for workers’ compensation practices and procedures. She brings years of experience and excellent communication skills.

Yolanda currently resides in Whittier, California with her husband Matt, daughter Alyssa and dogs Scout & Lulu. She enjoys spending time at her vacation home in Arizona boating, hiking, off-roading, camping and exploring the California & Arizona deserts.
